so i've been thinking about artists who sell their original work...i have been a creator for a very long time and am considering doing a show this summer - fiber arts, mixed media... how do you part with your creations? do the photos you take and keep, help? i can understand the money is appreciated and well earned, but is it something you just get use to? i love your creations and your blog is great, very real. thank you :) ~leisa
hello leisa, thanks for your note! I think it is something you just get used to. I do keep things I make everyone once in a while, but usually after a month or so I'm ready to send them out into the world. For me, I think the joy becomes seeing them come into the world, not in holding onto them... know you what i mean? best of luck, JM
oh my, this is so adorable! i love it!
