I bookmarked this project by Stephine from 3191 Miles Apart some time ago. I love this quiet, utilitarian ingenuity- and frankly I can't wait to make a few. I seem to abandon my knitting needles every Spring, but this project makes me what to get back to it... check out all the details here.

OH! Love this!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I love it, too.
ReplyDeleteOf course, modern baling twine is plastic, now, but this would be a great way to recycle even the plastic twine, as well.
This is awesome! I've been looking for an alternative to buying sponges and this is great! I've got a bunch of wool too from some dry felting I've been playing with.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link!
