How sweet is it that all of your little lovelies follow you wherever you go? They are born now in your new studio... like little seedpods are they... sprouting up from the land of felt and mohair.
I love the little girl in the dress, she has a kind face. Your pics are always so fresh and bright. Always with a nice backlight. Can you share with us how you get such good lighting for your product shots?
Thanks Susan, I usually shot everything on a sweep of fabric in front of a window, but with my new studio, I'm still trying to figure out where I'll set up my new sweep. So, in the interim, I've just been shooting images outside in the shade. JM
It's always inspiring to see what you create. I remember traveling to a Folk Art Show in PA about 10 years ago, waiting in line at 4am to get in so we could buy a few of your Mom's bears for our little shop in CA. You've clearly got her genes! Keep it up...and when's the bun (in the oven) done?
Thanks Lara, I'm working on having this little one done and ready for July 8th. Lots of belly rolls and kicks now, so he or she is already a ball of energy. CAn't wait to meet him/her! JM
The are lovely!
ReplyDeleteThey are all lovely Jennifer and each one of these sweeties pulls at the heart strings. They're faces are amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Jennifer these bears and friends are so adorable. The little kitty is just so sweet. Is this one of your new patterns?
